Vaughan Architecture are delighted to announce that the major apartment and retail proposals One Cleethorpes have been granted full planning approval today 5th December 2018.
This has followed a significant and comprehensive design and planning process which we at Vaughan Architecture have been proud to have been involved with.
The next steps are hopefully now to work alongside Cielo Realty Ltd towards the construction and procurement stages to deliver this important piece of infrastructure that the Cleethorpes resort so badly needs and we look forward to updating you on progress on the next stages in due course.
