Working with Caddick who was the preferred developer for the latest phase of development at this, one of the North East’s premier business parks.

The £27 million scheme comprised two grade A office buildings, totalling 52,000 sq.ft., plus 12 industrial units totalling 187,000 sq.ft. All have been awarded BREEAM ‘excellent’ status, the industry benchmark for sustainability.

The entire scheme was forward-sold to CBRE Investors.
