Theaker lane has involved the creation of 41 affordable housing and apartment units on a derelict site close to one of the main arterial routes into Leeds from the west. Designed and delivered for Home Housing Group and Ideal Care Homes this also involved the integration of a 40 bed care home within the scheme with shared access and extensive landscaping and community access.
Close consultation was carried out over 18 months prior to construction with integration with local ward members, Armley District representatives and Leeds Planners.
