The regeneration and development of the vacant Ubberley Road Working Mens club, Bentilee, Stoke-on-Trent. The project will entail the creation of 13 new 2 and 3 storey properties providing a mix of 2,3 and 4 bedroom accommodation within a key area a housing need within Stoke-on-Trent.
The project was undertaken with a fully integrated local partnership and collaborative community support and pre-application engagement with Stoke Planning authority.
