Leeds Studio Expands
A big welcome to our new member of staff; Tim Cox who has just joined our Leeds studio.
With over 13 years’ experience in the architectural and construction industry Tim will provide essential REVIT and BIM Level 2 expertise to support the company’s expanding workload in the education, commercial and residential sectors.
We look forward to introducing Tim to our clients and ongoing projects and working with him as part of the companies next phase of development.

Google Kings Cross, London
Vaughan Architecture Ltd has now completed designs for an 8-storey office and welfare facility for Google, Lend Lease and Network Rail next to Kings Cross Station in London. This is associated with the £1bn Google Headquarters building which has just been submitted for detailed planning. Plans included 4-storeys of offices plus a dining/kitchen floor, welfare and undercroft parking and amenity level.
Work to commence on site later in 2017.

New Islington Free School in Production
The new school for New Islington Free School is now in full factory production. Utilising the innovate Premier Modular off-site factory system, the original concept scheme has been maintained and developed to allow school opening targets later in 2016 to be achieved.

West Didsbury Primary School
Vaughan Architecture are currently involved with the detailed design development of a new school in West Didsbury. This exciting project will see the creation of a whole new school created via a combination of traditional and modular/off-site techniques with the new project due to commence on site early May 2015.

Theaker Lane Armley – Update
Exciting final stages of our residential scheme in Armley, Leeds is approaching practical completion. Ongoing for the last 18 months, the scheme will see a prominent redundant site in Armley transformed into a new 60-bed care home with 40 new build, affordable houses and flats alongside.

Doncaster Eco Park gets Go-Ahead
We are delighted to now be appointed as architects on an exciting and innovative sustainable office development at Robin Hood Airport, Doncaster.
Developer Workpods will be building 41 new B1 office units spread over 3 phases with works to Phase 1 due to commence later this summer.
This is exceptionally positive news for us at Vaughan Architecture and we are pleased to be involved in delivery of this exciting new development.
